app update

my app is saying im in credit by £130 but its been saying that since i set the app up weeks ago. how do i know the true reading?

How many weeks? It’s not tracking day by day usage.
The amount will only change when Bulb reduce the credit to pay your monthly bill, or the credit is increased when your direct debit or debit card payment goes through.

My Bulb app balance is also different to my web balance.

@Nick69g this is because the app Bulb Account treats pending payments differently from the web Bulb Account.

We will stop including pending payments as part of the account balance (anywhere) by end of April. @“Sian at Bulb” is working on this issue.
