Are my payments immediately reflected on MyBulb?

I just made a one-off payment using MyBulb. A popup appeared saying the payment was successful, but it was not reflected in any pages on MyBulb (e.g. statement, make a payment etc). Is MyBulb meant to immediately reflect these changes? If not, (possibly due to Stripe) a message on the site saying “it will take x minutes for the change to appear on your account” would be useful.

Hi @trustrich great question! There will be a short delay in updating your My Bulb account with a one-off payment.

We do let you know immediately whether the payment has been successful or not but we can think about better ways to keep everyone informed about the timescales.
