Awaiting final Bill

I moved house on the 28th of February.

My bulb account currently shows the tracker for leaving and bulbs has “stopped being my energy provider” on the 28th.

The next step says I should have received my final statement by the 13th of March but I am yet to receive anything.

I also noticed bulb took my direct debit as standard in march.

When will I receive my final statement and will bulb take the direct debit again this month.


PS I’m already in the process of transferring to bulb on my new property.
