Balance - money to spend?


When I log into my app the first page shows money under ‘balance’. Is this an amount I have overpaid for my bills and can therefore take into account when I change my monthly payment?

Yes, this is a positive credit balance. The aim is to build as much as possible during this time of year so that you create a buffer of credit for when the bills get more expensive in winter.

If you keep building lots of credit you can request a refund. However, this total balance is subject to change based on meter readings. If you haven’t given a meter reading in a while, I would submit one through your Bulb Account and this will ensure the total balance is accurate figure.
