Balance refund

How are balance refunds arranged- is there an alternative to posting a question?

@SHughes At the moment, whenever you would like to have some money refunded, just ask us via email/phone/our chat service and as long as there are up to date meter readings we can arrange the refund within 5 days.

Hi there @SHughes we can indeed get you a refund of some of your credit, if you wouldn’t mind could you give us a ring on 0300 30 30 635 from 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday, email us at help@bulb.co.uk, or make a request through the little pop up chat thing on the webpage and we’ll be able to sort that out for you
