Been advised to leave by Bulb!

So for anyone waiting for a so called firmware fix to sort out their non smart meters, there is no fix forthcoming.

Here’s my reply from the person dealing with the complaint. They are basically suggesting I leave. Great customer service!

“Unfortunately, there is no update yet, and it doesn’t look like there will be one for a few months atleast. I wouldn’t want to keep you waiting around in this time if you were still looking to switch away. Please let me know how you’d like to proceed. “

Seems like they are going the extra mile for their customers :rofl:

We always want to be as transparent as possible with everyone. If we cannot fix an issue or it won’t be fixed straight away we don’t want to give you fool’s hope.

We do actively try to resolve any issue we possibly can, but the firmware update is beyond our control as it has to be done by the smart manufacturer.

We are very sorry that the firmware update isn’t going to take place until next year sometime, but do let us know if we can help with anything else in the meantime.
