I’ve just had my estimated billing cost taken from my bank account however Bulb are not taking my supply until 11th February. I used a referral code to sign up and my friend received an email today saying I was no longer switching. Not sure what is going on?
@Finmarsh, I’d recommend giving Bulb a ring to find out why your friend has been told this.
If your switch was not going ahead for any reason, you would have also been informed.
