I am a newcomer to Bulb and I am just wondering what is the most effective way of contacting them.
I’ve realised that my meter supply number and serial number are wrong and need correcting as soon as possible. This isn’t Bulb’s fault. I have just moved in to a newly built block of flats and it seems that the developer’s plot reference number for each flat is different from the postal address for the flat. Naturally I gave the postal address when joining (Flat 27) but it seems that Bulb - and UK Power Networks - have referenced plot number 27 which is a totally different flat (I think the plot reference for my flat is 31).
