Bill amount different from the app indication

ReceivedMay bill. The amount differs from what the smart meter IHD indicates. Any reason for this?

Thank you for posting.

The IHD is simply there as a guide, and the usage charts on your account aren’t designed to be live and are still in beta mode. The IHD doesn’t also doesn’t include VAT so the only true way to calculate your usage is to take readings from the meter itself. This is how we issue your statement.

May I ask if you have checked whether your new tariff and standing charges are updated on your in home display?

Hi yes the tariffs are updated.

If the vat is not includes then maybe correct.
