Bill from previous energy supplier (EDF)


I received a bill from EDF, my previous energy supplier, and it seems to be very high according to their estimate. This was for the month between 28 October and 1 December, it’s £295 for a sole occupant living in a studio flat. I have contacted them and they said I should contact you in order to get a final bill estimate. Is there anyway that you can help?

Hi @Tomos, I’m guessing you’re in the process of switching?

If you have provided your final meter readings to Bulb, they will be on the way to your old supplier but this can take a few weeks due to the third party they go via on the way.
