Bill- Gas readings

Hi
I am new to bulb. Even I have supplied gas and electric meter readings, my first bill is estimated with wrong gas readings.
Also, I can not see my previous readings on the website. Can you please explain how can I check all my readings record?
Also, what is the process to get corrected bill?

Your bill will be estimated if you do not send readings in within the time frame 2 days from when you receive their email reminder each month. It wont affect your payments and will correct next month providing you send them in at the correct time.

On a pc click on the Energy Usage button on your Bulb dashboard to see previous readings. They are below the graph.
