Bill Help

Hi, have recently received a bill for estimated usage. I have since submitted meter readings. Please can someone have a look and check that I am paying the correct amount each month as I don’t want to end up owing money. The property has been empty for some time and we have only started living her for the last couple of months so I’m concerned your estimates may not be correct? Thanks Hannah

@hannah Thanks for getting in touch. It can be that our estimates are incorrect as our system will continue to generate estimations whilst you’re away. I’m unable to find a submitted meter reading for your electricity. Would you be able to send us the reading to help@bulb.co.uk? We’ll then look to amend your previous bills so that they are charging you for the right usage.
