Bill paid twice

My Bulb bill was taken twice this month by Direct Debit and I would like to know why?

Have you recently changed the date of your direct debit? There’s a bit of a bug in the payment system where if say your payment date was the 5th of the month, and on the 15th you change your payment date to the 25th, then it’ll end up getting taken twice that month.

@Adelina Did you try and make a payment in the online account? The payment that we have taken appears to be different to the normal monthly payment. Is it possible that you accidentally requested it twice?
