Bill Payment E-mail Problem

Hi - I recently received an email that money is about to be taken from my bank account for a bill payment. My account is already in credit for £53.56, which is my quoted monthly payment. This payment was taken from my account on 15 November, as the 15th is my elected direct debit date.

Why am I receiving notice that more money will be taken from my bank account? Is this supposed to mean that the money will simply be taken from my Bulb account?

Hi @SebastianHendra the issue was that one of my colleagues forgot to change your emails’ alignment when they changed your payment date to the 15th of each month, so the emails still thought you were paying on the 23rd of each month. I fixed the mistake, so you won’t get erroneous emails like this again.
