Hi - I recently received an email that money is about to be taken from my bank account for a bill payment. My account is already in credit for £53.56, which is my quoted monthly payment. This payment was taken from my account on 15 November, as the 15th is my elected direct debit date.
Why am I receiving notice that more money will be taken from my bank account? Is this supposed to mean that the money will simply be taken from my Bulb account?
