Most likely it is an estimated bill, did you submit monthly meter readings in time? I’m a fairly new customer and make sure I supply monthly meter readings prior to the statement being produced, this way I get an extremely accurate statements.

@Missdiamond1986 It looks like it is the electricity reading. Are you able to check your meter and see if this matches what you submitted to us. If it doesn’t get in touch via 0300 30 30 635 from Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 6:00 pm) and we can help out.
