not sure if meter reads are wrong but June bill was very high over £100, and July is £53?

can anyone tell me what could be wrong has we use same each month and never really at home and hot water is on a timer and we leave no lights on.

I’m purely a customer. Have you checked if the meter readings you have submitted to Bulb are correctly shown in your account dashboard. If you haven’t submitted meter readings at the correct time your bill will be based on estimated usage.

@richard2690 Thank you for getting in touch, I have now raised a dispute with your previous supplier and once this has been resolved we will both be billing you to the correct readings. We will then send you a new bill which will be a bit lower :slight_smile:
