I have updated my payment from £74,… to £80 but Buld didn’t discount the new price. So now I updated to £100 per month, so i hope the new price be discount from my account next month.

I’m not understanding what you are referring to relating to the ‘discount’ - could you provide more details?

Hi @Gabi0806 : Are you actually referring to the ‘Warm Home Discount’ by any chance?

According to you'll need to register on and Bulb should provide more information 'any day now' (they say Autumn so technically, they have until the end of November to let people know).

You may also be interested in the Government paid ‘Cold Weather Payment’ ( claim via ) and/or the ‘Winter Fuel Payment’ ( ).

If the Warm Home Discount isn’t what you are referring to, could you let us know what discount you are talking about and we the community may be able to help.
