Bill

On my bill it says that I am £50 IN DEBIT can anyone explain what that means??? Thanks

It means the same as a bank account, that your account with Bulb is £50 overdrawn.

You need to topup your account in order to remain at least 1 monthly payment in credit, as agreed in the terms and conditions when you became a customer. It would likely also be sensible to increase your monthly payment to ensure you account remains in credit going forwards. If you don’t usually submit meter readings at least once per month you should start doing so to ensure your account remains accurate against your actual usage.
