Billed for an incorrect period

Just received my second monthly statement which said that I used twice as much as last month. Upon checking my bills in detail it appears that last month I was billed for 30 days (all hunky-dory) but this month’s bill shows that I have been charged for 58 days - so essentially I’ve been billed for last month twice.
Any way that this can be rectified or do I need to call up after work tomorrow. I’ve even recalculated the bills so know exactly how much I should be refunded :smiley:

Hi @Louise I can see you’ve had a call from my colleague regarding the consolidated bill.

As I know Sam would have said, the previous bill would have been removed from your account and we would have added a credit note and a message on the top of your bill to explain what had happened.
