I have tried and tried to get a reset password email and one never comes. How often do you bill? It seems I’m being asked to pay something every 2 weeks or end up with a late fee. I need to figure this out so please help get me into my account.

They bill monthly(or should).
Shouldn’t have to pay every 2 weeks if you have a DD set up.
Your bill/statement date should be the day you officially joined bulb
