Billing and Statements

Why have I received 2 statements 15884511 on the 2nd July and 15884513 on the 4th July. Other than the statement Numbers both documents are Identical.
Also can you explain the corrections shown on the attached copy from my account, and why the heading says that monthly Payments are not set up.
I am concerned that this is indicative of maladministration!!
A prompt response would be appreciated.

I’ve taken a look at your most recent statements. There is a slight difference in the account credit on each statement. It look like this was triggered by Matthew from our Smart team. I’m not sure of the exact reason for this but it’s likely it was to amend a previous meter reading.

I’m sorry that it’s caused confusion.

I can see you have emailed in a complaint so one of our energy specialists will be able to get to the bottom of this for you.

As a fellow customer I have no idea why you haven’t been billed for May & June. If you contact the Bulb team direct they should have the answer to your query, their details are on the bottom of the Help page.
