Billing formation

I find it frustrating that Bulb do not update my billing information straight away. This creates a false impression of how much you actually owe and could cause customers who are on a low income to panic thinking that they have to increase their monthly payments

If you supply monthly meter readings when requested by Bulb a couple of days before your monthly payment, then these readings will be used for your bill. Your account balance will then be accurate and you can adjust your monthly direct debit payment within your online account should you see fit.
