Billing is poor Customer service shocking!

Moving from BG to BULB because their supply is Green, was a wrong move… their customer service and billing is shocking! I would not recommend Bulb to my worse enemy, from going to a £100 per month to £292 is a crime… how can they let this happen? I am now recommending people to keep away from Bulb!
