I haven’t had a statement since January, and I’ve had a few corrections to my bills. Just seen the January statement has just been adjusted again. I’m nearly £700 in credit with Bulb now!

So the issue was due to an incorrect meter reading being added on our side when we were updating some of the meter information on your account. This caused the system to credit a large amount to the account due to the new reading suggesting negative usage. I have updated the reading for you now and sent an up-to-date bill through, so the new balance on the account will be correct. Looking at the account, it seems that you are still plenty in credit so no need to worry about a shock bill.
