You will have to contact Bulb Directly and not though the public customer forum. I strongly suggest you contact bulb directly By Telephone and if that is not getting anywhere, submit a formal complaint by following Bulb complaint process.

If you click ‘Help’ at the top of the page, and enter in the search box, “Contact” you will get the contact details and “Complaint” you will get the complaints process.

Your always the the option of putting a complaint in and following that process all the way to the Energy Ombudsman, because your not going to get very far on this forum, imo.

Only Bulb will be able to answer your query, but just out of interest it is unclear what sort of email your expecting from Bulb. Are you saying you don’t know what your DD payment should be?
