As a new customer I made my first payment on the 29 January. I changed the date of subsequent payments to the 17th of each month and was expecting a bill on 17 Feb, but it didn’t arrive. Has something gone wrong or will I receive the next bill in March?

What date did you change the payment?

Then yes, that was more than enough time for the change to be processed and payment taken on 17 Feb.
