We have just received our bulb bill after moving into a property that was previously card payment. Our bill is really high, 100% higher than our last property (which was bigger). Now have a massive debit on account. Can you advise what is the best was to investigate this as I think something is wrong somewhere. Thanks

Is the bill based on actual meter readings which you supplied to Bulb?
