Bills and Statements

I’ve been a customer since December 2017 and in that time I’ve only had 2 bills/statements one in February and the last one being in March. My balance is building up so I’d like to know if my payments are sufficient but even though I’ve submitted 2 meter readings since then it hasn’t updated. What is the normal statement period? Thanks

Monthly. If you go to payments & statements you can view previous monthly statements.

As @scudo says, we send statements out every month. @EmmaJMitch I can see a colleague has fixed up your account, so you should be receiving monthly statements from here on out!
