Hi, just wondering if it’s normal to have 2 months of overlapping bills when switching from previous supplier to new supplier? The reason I switched in the first place was to save money as I’m a new mum with a small child and can’t afford ridiculous bills. This is now costing me £120 for a second month! I live in a tiny flat with my infant and I’ve been energy efficient where possible to keep bills as low as possible. I can understand an overlap for the first month whilst switching but this is just unnecessary in my opinion.
