Blocked switch

Hi there i have recently put in to switch my energy over to bulb from glide as i have just moved into my student house. The first time i tried it got blocked by glide and they said they’d sort it out and i called you up and you said you’d try again. However i recently recieved a message saying it has been blocked again! So i just called up glide again and they said that they 100 percent wouldn’t block it this time so if you could allow the switch your end that would be great please, Its for 62 Bernard road, bn23eq
