Blocked Switch

I have just been informed that Bulb have blocked my switch to another supplier. Has anyone else had similar problems?
Have also noted there is no easy way to contact Bulb to get an answer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and hopefully save me from contacting the regulator to complain.
