Bogus emails

Hi, I keep getting bogus emails telling me I have left Bulb and that I have an outstanding debt to clear. Just wanted to raise awareness of this and to say, Bulb is brilliant and I am definitely not leaving you! Is there anything I can do apart from ignore the mails and only converse with you via your main site?

@Flossiefaelossie, it’s possible that someone has switched your supply without your knowledge.

Did you also get a leaving email?

I’d recommend ringing Bulb tomorrow on 0300 30 30 635 to discuss.

Although bogus emais are definitely possible, I’ve not heard of any yet - are they from the right email address?(hello@bulb.co.uk/help@bulb.co.uk)
