When switch to bulbs
Referral rewards should be added as credit to your account on your switch date, unless you’re a prepayment customer, when it happens after your first top up. Your switch date is usually 3 weeks after you sign up and initiate the switch.
If your switch date has passed (or you’re a prepayment customer who has switched and topped up) and no sign of your referral reward, then get in touch with Bulb with the name, referral link and post code of your referrer and request that they add the referral credits manually to both accounts.
