I am in the process of switching to Bulb but I have a British Gas smart meter; will this continue to work with Bulb or will it be redundant?
Hi there Luke! Unfortunately, we can’t operate your smart meter in the way that your British Gas is currently able to do for you, as it is a first generation meter. Because of this, you would need to read the meter manually and submit these readings to us using our super simple online portal.
We are working to be able to integrate other suppliers’ meters. However, this will not be until late 2018.
