Hi, i switched to bulb a week ago and my BG smart meter is still working ? Is that right. Should it still be showing how much energy i have used each day ?
Hi @lamberte, your actual meter will still be working and recording your usage, which is where you can go to find your meter readings.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to communicate with your smart meter remotely, so your In-Home Display screen will no longer be updated.
At the moment you won’t be able to see how much energy you use each day, but you can sign up to our smart meter waiting list if you’d like an updated smart meter as soon as they become available.
My BG in home display carried on working for showing the usage, but not the cost, until it was replaced by a bulb one today.
