Recently I moved my home and got request from bulb to submit meter readings at new address. When I click link to submit reading. When I SIGN into bulb account it still shows my old address and message account is being closed. I can’t enter meter readings for new address.
You may need to have a look for a dorpdown box to select your new address, while signed into your account.
Otherwise, you could email bulb to give them the meter readings, and inform them of the issue about now being able to view your new address info.
