Bulb account online

I only switched on Sunday, so I understand my account is new, but when I try to log on, it accepts my password but I have to input my details and verify email each time and I never get any further than that page. Could it be because I’m on prepayment?

I’m able to log into your account from my end, so I’m sorry you’re having trouble.

I’ve requested a password reset, you should be able to pick up this email and gain access to your account once this has been reset.
