We want to make managing your energy account easy peasy. So we’ve made a few changes to the Bulb Account.
You can update your personal account information in the “Account and Tariff info” tab of your Bulb Account. Changing your email address, telephone number and password can be done with just a click of a button…or two.
We also believe it’s important to be in control of your payments. You can change your direct debit details, payment date and make a top-up payment in the “payments and statements” page.
