Bulb Account won't log me in

Hi every time I log in it take me to a page saying “Welcome to the community (and a link to the community page) you are logged in as l**********@outlook.com, if you would like to log in with a different account…” then a link to sign in with another email. I cannot access my profile. I have tried on a laptop and phone neither are working. I have also tried to use the link via email and by just doing an internet search. Every option is leading me to the same page.
