Bulb App not reflecting accurate readings?

Can you advise when the ‘Bulb’ app will be working properly again?? I want to monitor my usage and do monthly comparisons, but all I get is a graph showing electricity usage, no information on actual costs or totals represented in £££. This has been ongoing now since January and yes, I know you have been updating your smart meters and I have an older meter, which apparently makes a difference. Are you able to send me a newer meter? Would this resolve this issue? It is very frustrating not been able to view full/correct information on the app, especially at a time when we are all penny pinching due to the crazy hikes in costs!! Please advise.
