Bulb App - submit a reading take photo option not working

When selecting submit a reading and take photo option I get a blank camera screen, the box to read the numbers is no longer there. This screen does not give you any other options appart from done and to turn flash on/off. It seems I can no longer submit the meter reading with the take photo option.

Welcome to the 20% non-functioning APP, perhaps it will be sorted one day, but don’t hold your breath.

This used to work, just wondering why it no longer works and if there is a fix on the way?

No knowledge of a fix, think they’re that bogged down in the quagmire of non functioning “smart” meters that everything else is falling by the wayside
