Hello everyone it’s Luke from team Bulb here.
We started the Bulb Community back in October 2019, and a lot has changed since then. We’re always looking to improve the Bulb Community space and we want to know if you have any ideas to make it better.
Please use this thread as a place to provide feedback and discuss your experience navigating the Bulb Community. For example, have you checked the community page to find an answer to a smart meter query? What was the process like for you, was the answer easy to find, was the thread useful, could anything have made your experience better?

It would be good if we could get the “post links” functionality back, even if it had to be limited to bulb domains (ie so that we could only link to bits of the Bulb website).
I know it was removed due to spammer abuse, but restricting the feature to established users would probably be enough to prevent that (or having an automatic moderation feature for newish users, so that any post with a link was held up until reviewed by _at_bulb folk).
Thank you for the feedback here, we really appreciate it. I agree that being able to post links to other Bulb domains would be a great way of sharing knowledge and helping each other out.
