Bulb Complaints


Sorry to start with a negative but has anyone had reason to complain to, or about Bulb? If so, how did they react?

I ask as I am looking to switch. Years ago I was with nPower, enough said there I think. I then moved to First Utility. First Utility were great until there was reason to complain, at which point a tiny niggle very quickly led to a total loss of confidence. I’d be interested to hear how these guys are when things don’t quite go to plan.

Like anyone we have our share of things not going to plan (you wouldn’t believe how many people accidentally sign up their neighbours due to errors on the national meter databases!) but we try to make sure that we fully resolve any issues ASAP to avoid inconveniencing our members.
