Sorry to start with a negative but has anyone had reason to complain to, or about Bulb? If so, how did they react?
I ask as I am looking to switch. Years ago I was with nPower, enough said there I think. I then moved to First Utility. First Utility were great until there was reason to complain, at which point a tiny niggle very quickly led to a total loss of confidence. I’d be interested to hear how these guys are when things don’t quite go to plan.
