With the recent surge of price-rises across the industry I was reading that there has been a spike in switching. I was wondering whether this had benefited Bulb given the low price and bucking the trend with a recent price cut. I remember a blog post a few months ago relating to GB energy and the importance of growing the business steadily. Has there been any growing pains yet or is the increase in customers still manageable?
Hi @alex we have seen a surge of enthusiasm for Bulb when we dropped our prices which we always love to see
We were planned and ready for this and so we are still delivering the same great service to our members and they can still get through to us on the phones double quick whenever they want to chat to one of Team Bulb!
