Allan you cant just be going on every post telling people to contact them directly. Its a forum for customers to share knowledge and experience. Not just to be redirected away. Especially at the weekend.
You appear not to accept my comment on the reasons for having a waiting list which was a resource issue. In other words there is a finite resource which even Siemens have regarding installation of smart meters, if there is not enough resource then you go on a waiting list, If any other customers on this forum have a better answer then let them fire away, otherwise it is Bulb who are in a position to supply an answer.
Issues which are specific to a customer are best dealt with by Bulb as they will have access to the correct information, it is these type of postings which I and a small number of others keep referring them to Bulb. Also people before they post don’t take just a little time to realise they are posting to a Community forum rather than Bulb help desk and also check out the Help pages.
