Bulb gas card not arrived

Hi, 2 days ago I had an email saying my bulb electricity key is on its way and yesterday I received it so it’s here ready to use, but there is no sign of my gas card and no email to say it’s on the way. On my online account on my tariffs it’s only showing electricity and not gas. Does anyone know why I’ve not had my card yet?

Sounds like your gas hasn’t switched for some reason and has stayed with your existing supplier.
