Bulb have not taken my direct debit

I’ve been with bulb since Nov the first payment was taken via direct debit but the December payment still hasn’t been taken from my bank 2 weeks after the date it’s supposed to be taken.

I’ve had the same problem, been with bulb a few months with no problem. January’s payment, due the 11th still hasn’t been taken. I can’t find any contact details to inquire about it.
