Bulb ignored all my emails about WHD difficulty - shame on Bulb!

I have sent two emails to Bulb recently about a difficulty with applying for this year’s Warm home discount which I really need. Not a single response from their help@bulb.co.uk email address as though i don’t matter anymore . really poor. If I lose the opportunity to have my WHD as a result of them ignoring me I will have to chase them for compensation and change energy company…is that what they really want for customers ?

I have just applied for one. I am only another customer but I would like to help if I can. What exactly is the problem?

Unfortunately Bulb respond very infrequently on this Forum these days.

But the point is they COMPLETELY IGNORED both of my emails as a company that is unacceptable

I hope they do see this and watch me take my business elsewhere as I do not appreciate being ignored

Possibly another supplier will be more sympathetic to your issue with WHD, as the saying goes vote with your feet?
