I had submitted meter reading many times including photo proof… They just ignored it and send estimated meter reading to old supplier. Old supplier overcharged me based on bulb estimation. Try to contact my old supplier, they replied that bulb provided them with this estimation. Bulb is not responding to my emails and keep ignoring my requests. What can i do? I am considering to switch again as i am not happy with communication with bulb and customer service.
Pick up the phone and call them.
I wouldn’t switch away until resolved.
