Bulb IHD disagrees with bill

Any idea why the IDH says in a month I have spent £X when my bulb bill £Y is different?

I can see you’ve been in touch with us about this issue today, so please let me know if the fixes suggested by my colleague resolve the issue. It’s possible standing charge and VAT aren’t included in the figure on the In-Home Display, but connecting the device to wifi so it can receive the latest firmware updates and running a remote reset should help with this.

Yes have connected to wifi and your colleague has said it should re-sync in 48hrs. Also it seems the billing cycle was not synced up.

I will post back here either way.
